Dr Zheng interested in developing and applying novel proteomic methods to measure cell signaling under normal and pathological conditions at a global level. Especially, he designed and developed an integrative approach that combine quantitative mass spectrometry method with genetic and chemical methods to illustrate in great details how cellular signaling networks, such as receptor tyrosine kinase-mediated networks, are dynamically regulated in time and space.
