摘要：Plant steroid hormones, Brassinosteroids (BRs), regulate plant growth, development and responses to both biotic and abiotic stresses. BRs are known regulate thousands of target genes; but the mechanism

and network for such regulation remain to be fully defined. My lab has been studying the mechanisms of BR-regulated gene expression. We found that BR action changes histone code through specific histone modifying enzymes. We have also defined a transcriptional network for BR regulated gene expression by genomic and computational modeling approaches. The latest results on these fronts will be discussed.
