Graduate training
Introduces graduate training programs, course offerings, academic exchanges, and information of PhD advisors.
Course Study
During the doctoral training phase, students are expected to further expand and deepen their basic theories and professional knowledge, master the latest scientific research achievements at the forefront of the discipline and the necessary knowledge of related disciplines, improve their innovation ability and dissertation writing skills, and enhance communication, organization, and leadership skills as part of their career development.
The doctoral curriculum is credit-based, with a total of 43 credits required for doctoral students, including 30 credits for required courses and 13 credits for elective courses.
Rotation
After students participate in and pass the interview organized by the school, they are required to complete three rotations in the research labs of the school. Based on the principle of mutual selection, an advisor is determined for each student.
Training Assessment
Includes annual assessment, qualification examination, research plan reporting, mid-term assessment, and comprehensive evaluation of academic innovation and achievements.
Academic Exchange
The school organizes a monthly graduate student “Academic star” conference, providing an opportunity for graduate students to showcase their academic achievements, exchange research experiences, and practice their ability to give academic seminars. It aims to provide students with a relaxed, active, and convenient platform for academic exchange, to help students quickly understand cutting-edge topics, expand their knowledge of academic frontiers, become familiar with the research progress of their peers, understand the research resources of other laboratories, and promote research cooperation and interdisciplinary research.
