个人介绍:

1982年毕业于南京大学化学系，获理学学士学位。1989年3月毕业于日本大阪市立大学 大学院 生物学专业，获理学硕士学位。1989年6月—1999年3月的近10年间，先后在日本京都大学工学部、日本东京大学先端科学技术研究中心、日本科学技术厅放射线医学综合研究所学习和工作。1999年4月回国入职北京大学生命科学学院，参与北京大学985项目筹建结构生物学实验室并担任结构生物学实验室Lab Manager至今。自2002年起至2013年，作为主讲教师，承担主干基础课微生物学实验以及生物学综合实验-微生物模块课程共计12年。2000年起至今，作为科研骨干参与国家863、973、教育部、国家自然科学基金委等多个科研项目的研究工作，目前在研项目2个（1）973外协，先天免疫相关蛋白质复合物结构与功能的研究，2014CB910102（2）NSFC联合基金重点支持项目外协，复杂自适应物质的跨尺度计算平台，U1430237。截至目前共参与发表论文75篇，其中第1作者2篇，通信作者10篇。此外，自2010年9月起任蛋白质与植物基因研究国家重点实验室开放仪器室主任至今。 代表性论文 1. Cell Rep. 2017 May 16;19(7):1334-1342. 实验室简介 蛋白质与植物基因研究国家重点实验室的开放仪器室，作为该国家重点实验室的重要组成部分，2009年开始计划筹备，2010年9月正式开放运行。开放仪器室在满足重点实验室各研究室需求的基础上，面向全院以及全校开放。根据仪器设备的安装地点，开放仪器室分为2个部分，分别位于生科院新生物楼（E210室、E413室）和生物技术楼（102室、105室、205室），共计面积约200平米。目前已开放大型仪器10台（套）。开放仪器室的宗旨是科学管理、合理共享、有效利用，竭诚为科研和教学工作提供支撑。目前开放仪器室有在编教师4人（兼职）。
