本实验室致力于研究RNA修饰/non-coding RNA的分子调控机制和相关生物功能。我们运用表观遗传学,分子生物学,结合高通量测序等多种技术手段来探索RNA修饰/ncRNA对于染色质结构和基因转录的新的调控机制,以及相关调控通路在胚胎干细胞分化,抗肿瘤免疫,癌症及衰老中的生物功能。
主要研究方向:
1. 拓展染色质RNA修饰参与调控染色质功能的新型分子调控机制;
2. 解析染色质RNA修饰-染色质互作及在早期胚胎发育,干细胞命运决定,衰老及相关疾病,自身免疫疾病和癌症发展等过程中的相关生物功能;
3. 建立RNA/RNA表观遗传修饰精准功能解析及生物大分子互作相关的研究体系。
